I have no complaints that I can think of. They were good communicators and they were on time. They cleaned up well.

It went very well. He came over, measured, built the doors and came back about 2 weeks later and installed them. They look beautiful.

Kitchen is beautiful. Backsplash was arduous work and time consuming, but professionally done and eye-catching. This is a great business to deal with and I would highly recommend them.

I contacted Jerry in November for an estimate to remodel my kitchen. He was able to meet with me quickly and provide an estimate. The remodel consisted of new countertops, sink, backsplash, ceiling lighting and under and over cabinet lighting. He made suggestions and seemed genuinely interested in my project, unlike other contractors that I met with. The work was started in late-December and communication regarding when people would be coming to do the work was great. They were punctual, cleaned up afterward and were professional and pleasant to work with. Jerry was helpful throughout the project and even met with me on his own time to help select tile for the backsplash. I could have gotten my kitchen remodel done for less money, but not with the level of enthusiasm and personal attention to my project that I received, as well as the gorgeous end result. The workmanship, professionalism and quality exceeded my expectations. I am very satisfied and love my beautiful new kitchen!

Jerry was very responsive from the start. We quickly arranged a meeting at the property. Knowing the condo will be used as a rental property, he made many useful recommendations geared toward providing a nicely renovated property with quality upgrades on certain things that commonly cause headaches for landlords. He guided me through every step of the process, ensuring that he was able to keep the remodel on schedule. He completed all the work we agreed upon and I am completely satisfied with his work. This was my first experience with hiring a contractor. I chose Jerry, in part, because he is easy to communicate with - in person, by phone, text, email - and this gave me confidence that I would be able to work with him to achieve the right result for my property. I am very happy with the entire process and outcome and would not hesitate to call him again if the need arises.

Recommendation for Remodeling.
In case you don’t want to read the full review; we had a very
positive experience. We will get more work done by them in the future.
Now the details.
I appreciate people that understand busy schedules and can accommodate. Jerry made himself available to meet on the
weekend, and on July 4th weekend (a long weekend). He was readily available to speak on the
phone, communicate via email and texting. With busy schedules it is vital to have all these modes of communication.

Jerry presented himself very professionally. He had business cards, his company logo on
his shirt, and most importantly, identification.

He looked over the job, assessed what we needed with
particular attention to our time schedule.
Although it was a long weekend, he was not rushed and spent hours with
us. His quote came in later that day,
typed up and broken down by project and associated cost. They like to have a substantial upfront
payment, but are also able to work with us on the source. We negotiated a payment and the source was American
Express. We opted for Amex for the credit card protection.
The cost was more than expected. Our expectations were from co-workers and
basic web searches on how much things should cost. For us, we wanted a great job done very fast. We could have spent less money if we were not picky on details, and if we could have gone slower. We bought this house and had 3-4 weeks before
we moved in, ready or not.

Britt is quite detail oriented. Apparently our house has many finishes on the
walls. Not quite standard from room to room, but it gives the house a nice style.
However, the multiple finishes really made it h****** Britt. He went over this one wall at least 3 times
until it was perfect (to him). I could not see the difference, but he could and he wanted it perfect. Now when we look at the wall, even I forget that there was a gigantic defect there before.
It is that good. Yes, that is a single example, but it goes to their entire work ethos.

I am sure there are other projects that would not allow
this, but as time progressed we sometimes we had a better idea or wanted to
alter the plans. Email and text is all
it took. No fussing, no crying, no
wailing. Just an “ok.” With areas that we did not have details
sorted out, they were quick to give excellent advice. More often, the advice they gave LOWERED the
cost of the project. They knew what
would work and what wouldn’t. Sure they
want to make a living, but not at the detriment to the job. It is rare quality.

There were many projects being done simultaneously. Some details were going to be over looked or
not remembered. I would come to the
house, after work, and walk through room-by-room writing down what still needed
to be done. I’d come in on the weekend
and it was already done. No need for my
list. For the stuff that was genuinely
overlooked, they were quick to make it right.
No excuses, no rolling of the eyes, just done. Just done and done immediately.

By the nature of the projects, they required some
subcontracting. The subcontractors were
all insured and professionals as well.
We never felt that we paid Jerry and Britt, and all they did was hire it
out. Never. Sure, Britt and Jerry were not there
everyday, but many days they were on site for more than 12 hours. Upon conclusion of the job, they were there
16 hours a day making sure it was done to their satisfaction.

We have been in the house almost 3 months, and I have yet to
discover a defect that we asked them to fix or a and frac12; done job.

Understanding that most people only skim things like reviews, let me summarize my feelings and experiences in one sentence:
Allspectrum Remodel went far above and beyond what was asked and expected of them at every step of the process.
The entire team was never anything less than prompt, reliable and professional for the entire 6 week remodel process. If they said they were going to arrive at a certain time, that's when they arrived. If they said something would be done on a certain day, that's when it was done.
The quality of the work was superb. To be frank, Jerry is a perfectionist - a wonderful quality to have in a contractor. He brought the same level of attention and care to his work on my home that he would to his own.
The demeanor and attitude of the entire team was consistently pleasant and professional. There were never frayed tempers or drama - especially appreciated considering that I was in the house with them all day every day that they worked.
To sum it up, I love everything they did for me. The shower is quite simply a work of art and everything else is like I imagined it during the planning stages and, perhaps, even a little bit better. Quite simply, their worked helped turn an empty, unfamiliar house into my home.

I couldn't be more thrilled with the job performed by Allspectrum Remodel, as I feel I got the best value for my money as compared with other, larger general contractors. Allspectrum is a smaller company, and they have an excellent work ethic, and bring a great deal of integrity to the performance of their work.
They were always on time, were here when they said they would be, had excellent design ideas, and saved me money on expensive materials (ceramic tile, custom cabinetry and countertops). I now have the kitchen of my dreams, and would have had to pay more (and get less!) if I had gone with one of the larger contractors! Also, the energy and enthusiasm they brought to their work is what convinced me to use them in the first place, because they got excited about my remodel job, and made me feel that they genuinely cared about the result I would end up with. I did not get the same feeling when talking with several of the other, larger companies I originally considered (who, conversely, made me feel that my remodel job was one in a hundred, and was inconsequential).
I am absolutely thrilled with the quality of the work performed by Allspectrum Remodel, and with the value dollar for dollar. I WILL use them again in the future for any remodel or repair job in my home, and I strongly recommend them to any home or business owner who cares about the quality and value of repair or remodel services performed in their home or place of business!!!

Jerry arrived to meet with me and my client and spent several hours touring the home and took notes and described how he would approach the various projects. He offered lots of suggestions on lighting and the shower remodel. He got a bid to my client within several days. The next week my client paid 50% up front and Jerry booked the next four weeks to work on my client's home.

Jerry and his crew showed up promptly each workday and part days on Saturdays. They have completed almost all the remodeling and electrical projects. Sometimes they ran into problems of sub-standard work done by the previous homeowner and had to do additional work, but they kept on time and on budget. My client is very pleased with the high quality of their work and has found additional projects for them to complete.

We wanted to remodel two small bathrooms - both for handicapped access. the master bath needed removing bathtub and installing flat floor shower. We were using used cabinets. The job included tile, electrical, plumbing, painting and drywall repair. We had a deadline of approximately two months which we emphasized.

Jerry talked about his great cabinet shop; he could match the cabinetry perfectly for finish detail; and he would help me shop for materials. He sounded like he knew his business and his estimate for a remodel was reasonable. I did not realize that about half of what he talked about was missing from the contract. My fault in that I assumed some items were included in the listings and did not question them.

Immediately Jerry was too busy to help me find materials. He and Britt came over and did the replacement of one shower was with hardiboard (waterproof) Although he said the whole shower would be replaced originally, when I asked about his doing only one wall he said the other walls did not need it.

For about two weeks the tile installer was the only one on site for most of the time., Jerry came by daily to see me at the end of the day. I was beginning to realize he had another job which was taking his full time attention.Communications was a disaster. Tile was laid wrong and they accused me of 'changing my mind' when I complained to them. (We had decided on a brick pattern to break up a long line but the tile was laid in a vertical brick which still created the long line where I specifically said I did not want.) To be fair their tile man disgustingly said that Jerry said he would have to rip it out and I felt sorry for him. The tile is a mess. A potch of grout is in the middle of a prominent tile in the shower. It looks like a repair??? Cleanup was non existent with red marks bleeding into the grout.

Then Jerry said he could not work with me and declined to do the other bath. I was relieved with that.

Exposed plumbing looks awful. They said they would make it look nice but it has coils of tubing around the plumbing under one sink and the other sink does not. Both look patchy and cluttered.

Then I found out that the reattachment of sinks and toilet would be extra. Also any finishing of the cabinets was not included in the cabinet installation. Painting was not included. I feel this was probably the most expensive tile job anyone could have. The few minutes spent on the cabinets and poor plumbing hardly is worthy mentioning Another contractor was needed to finish the job so the bath was usable before the deadline.
Response from Allspectrum Remodel Inc
"When I first met her she talked about these cabinets that she bought used from Stardust. She choose to use kitchen cabinets in her bathroom , I do not recommend. I have never in my life been in a house that is so messy , dirty and full of junk. It made it so difficult to work in her house. She had exposed rat traps , the smell of the house would make any person vomit. She would try and play contractor and she knew some things about building but not enough to take on a bathroom remodel. She has big dreams but I would recommend that she cleans her house before she takes on any other remodel project. I will never forget the day that we were in the bathroom and she would pass gas, so smelly that I had to step outside and vomit. I have pictures to prove how messy and dirty her home is, not a single room in the house is livable. Someone should call Adult Protective Services on her for the living environment of her husband. We spent more time trying to move items around so that we could complete the job than any contractor should ever have to. I have pictures to prove that she should be on an episode of "HOARDERS" . I would never let my company work for anyone who lives in this environment . The home should be quarantined . It is the worst by far home that I have ever been in and no wonder the neighbors would like for the home to be sold to someone that would keep up with the yard ."

These gentlemen were beyond professional. I received a quote that they did not exceed by one penny. They arrive on time, clean, professional and worked efficiently. They understood what I wanted, executed it beyond my wildest dreams. They were extremely neat and cleaned up after every night. They were done on time and even washed my floors when they were finished. There prices were exceptional. They even repaired problems that they came across in their remodel that existed in the home at no additional charge to me. Not only would I recommend them highly I am already contracting them to repair and remodel my Master bath. They work within your budget and understand design esthetics. If asked they will try to incorporate existing fixtures, features and materials into their work. They are excellent green contractors and understand the need to use such material and recycle as much as they can when the customer asks for such.

Jerry and his partner Britt are a talented team that work directly on the job site along with a few employees when needed. They are fully licensed, bonded and insured contractors and handle a wide range of remodeling activities. They stayed true to their bid and finished the job just as scheduled. The client's were thrilled with the results.
