"Cannot recommend Phelps Precision Innovations LLC enough. They did a complete overhaul of our newly acquired and previously poorly maintained log cabin. It looks brand new but with the same authentic log cabin character Greer is known for. Loren & Titus are conscientious and do the job the right way without any shortcuts. They are easy to work with, have great communication and are talented in construction and remodeling. I am beyond pleased and could not ask for anything more!"

"We are very happy with the service and the value. Daniel has some really experienced subcontractors in his arsenal and was able to help us achieve a substantial renovation at a very reasonable price. He was flexible as our design plans changed and had good ideas and pushed us to do a couple larger projects that we were a bit uncertain about until we understood how feasible it was to accomplish. The results speak for themselves."

"Mark who was the first person that called and showed up right away, did an excellent job of like two safety bars. Mark made a trip to Home Depot for me. It was fair priced, very clean and he was a gentleman."

"We recently had vinyl plank flooring installed in our living room and hallway, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! From the very beginning, Shepherds Contracting was transparent, informative, and fair with pricing. The installation itself was seamless—no gaps, no mess, and absolutely no stress. The craftsmanship and professionalism truly stood out. If you’re looking for a company that delivers quality work with care and integrity, Shepherds Contracting is it!"

"Schwarder Construction is a marvelous company to work with. They are reasonable priced, on time, hard working, and do what they say they are going to do. They re-did my master bedroom bathroom to accommodate my husband after having a rod placed in his lower back. Made a low step in shower, added safety rails in the shower and toilet area, added a seat for him in the shower. Since that time I have relied on Aaron Schwarder and his team to help with electrical issues, air conditioning replacement and a laundry room remodel. This company is fantastic to work with and I would recommend them in a heart beat."

"Review by Lorraine Desert Showers and Remodeling has been so easy to work with. From setting the appointment through the design process! Everyone from office staff through the design process has been very knowledgeable and friendly without the high pressure you expect when you have a company out to your home. Looking forward to working with the installers and getting our dream shower built! Thank you Desert Showers and Remodeling!"

"Contractor was fast and efficient and reliable. Did everything he said he would do in a timely matter with a quality outcome. Everyone says they are contractors these days so it’s nice to find one that does good work and does what he says he’ll do."

"He is a very good handyman. He does a good job. He is reliable."

"I would hire them anytime I need house work done! He is very contentious and stays in contact with you throughout the whole process!"

"Great service and communication. Efficient and well priced. I look forward to working with them again for other needs"
