Cody is an extremely detailed home inspector. He is very thorough and great at explaining his findings in easy to understand terms and without making it seem like the sky is falling. He has a ton of knowledge about homes, common issues and what is easily fixed and what could be a bigger problem or safety issue. I've used him personally to inspect my own home and am also a Realtor who has had clients use him. After trying out different home inspection companies, I'm so glad I found Cody and Valley Home Inspections. He is the best I've worked with and my clients all love him and how thorough he is. His reports are easy to understand too which I love!
