The inspector/sales representative then gave me a tentative date to start the project. I was contacted by Arizona Painting Company 2 weeks earlier than the quote date to schedule the complete painting of my home which consisted of the whole exterior including the running board around the eves, the garage door, and the front door. They patched all the stucco and holes in the walls and accepted the color choices I gave them since I live in an HOA community. They assigned me an excellent individual to manage the project. Rene Gonzalez texted me every day to let me know when they would be arriving, did all the preparation on the home, and painted my home in less than three (3) days. I am ecstatic about the results. This Company is top-notch. From start to finish. I HIGHLY recommend them for your external and internal painting needs."

In contrast, Cactus Nectar (Scott, owner & Ban, manager) visited our home to discuss our plans in detail. They came back with a quote that was very close to what we thought it should cost. The 7-page quote was thorough, showing all the line items they would provide and the costs for each job. It included timing for the work and payment schedule for each phase. They were professional and enthusiastic about working with us. There is so much I could say that was positive about our experience. The job manager (Lupe) was extremely flexible and responsive to any issues that arose and was always available to take calls. We did have some change orders which he accommodated, worked into the schedule and charged fair prices for. The project managers are backed up by a great team - they are constantly in morning meetings reviewing the various jobs and dealing with any issues. Additionally, Rebeca, who leads the office and is a talented designer, visited the site a couple of times to assist with important decisions. All the subcontractors we had on the job were top notch. We had them come back several times to clean up the overspray and deal with the open missed areas, but I kept finding more and more. Eventually just gave up and cleaned up their mess myself. I wouldn't recommend these guys."
