Kevin arrived with his young helper earlier than expected, much to our delight! They got to work right away and did a thorough job of it. We have a large house, so the job took around two hours. We appreciate their attention to detail and the efficient way in which they worked. We have used this carpet cleaning service for many years now, at the former house, and now at our new house. They offer reliable, thorough service. Our carpets look great! Thanks again, Kevin, for the great job you did!

This was not the first time I used this company and I have used them several times since this date. Kevin or Steve are always prompt and do excellent work.

Steve, from Air Fresh Chem Dry, called to say he could arrive at our new house earlier than expected. We were delighted. He was very friendly, courteous, professional and cleaned the carpets in the whole house in a timely manner. He took the time to point out ways I could keep the carpets cleaner, what products to use and not use, and advised us on how often we should have the carpets cleaned. We were very pleased with the service we received from Air Fresh Chem Dry and will only trust the care of the carpets in our new house to this company. We have used this company to clean the carpets at our former house for many years now and have always been satisfied customers. I especially like the quality of the product they use. It leaves no residue on the surface of the carpet so the carpets stay cleaner for a longer time.

He always comes in to do my work for me. They also clean carpets mostly but do tile and grout cleaning. Great job!

The cleaner was polite and completed the job quickly. The carpet rippled after he left. The owner later explained that this was to be expected due to higher humidity conditions at this time of year and/or due to my carpet stretching out over the years. The carpet returned to normal the next day.
