"Francis said it would take 3 days to complete, but it took 8 days. It was wood look tile, and I said I wanted it totally random pattern, but the tiles weren't totally random. �His sub-contractor (Jesus also said call him Jesse) made a mess between the neighbors and my house cleaning tools and buckets. I said I wanted transitions to other rooms like the one already done, but not like them. Took a while to get Francis to come over to look at mistake, then he wanted me to call Jesse, so I did. Jesse� kept saying he will come next Wednesday, but lied over and over. Finally about 2 1/2 months later I got them both to come together. We all made an agreement to sort of fix it, but 2 more weeks of lies from Jesse then no contact. I haven't heard from either one of them for over a month now, so I'm done with them. After years of wanting to get this done, I?m disappointed I spent over $3,000 and it?s not like I wanted. I guess my only choice to get it done correctly is to sue them."

"Extremely poor flooring installation. No quarter round installed where doors meet the floor. gaps between planks. large caps under door corners. Flooring is not level, there is clear surface weave. flooring Bubels up in places so when you step down it moved a quarter inch before it touches the subfloor. Stair treads came unglued. Large stains where something must have etched the surface finish. You wouldn't believe this was new flooring that was installed by a "professional". The company is also incredibly hard to get ahold of. I have been trying to get warranty repairs complete and I get crickets. If all this was not enough, they also installed shower surround tile that is falling off after less than a year. Poor workmanship, worse customer service."
