They did a wonderful job. Everything looks great and price was very reasonable. They arrived promptly, actually early, which I appreciated. They cleaned up excess water where tile met the carpet. Would certainly hire them again.

Marty was professional & thorough. He is experienced, established in the Tucson area 40 years; he is not just a guy with a wet vac. He took the time to lift & completely remove the dirt & soap from the carpets so they look almost new. I have experienced cheap carpet jobs that appear fabulous, only to see the dirt and stains resurface days later. Those folks were done with the job in 1 hour or less. I have learned. His attention and time invested will be worth it.

It went very well. The two people they sent were on time and professional. The did a very thorough job. We had a lot of pet stains and they did a great job getting the carpets looking nice again.

The workers were rude and abrupt when asked questions. When we asked if they were going to put pads under the legs of the furniture (only one bedroom and furniture and only two had beds) they said we don't clean near the furniture so they are not needed. So if you have rearranged your furniture these guys are not for you.

Barry was responsive, friendly, and competent. I have very high standards for customer service and he actually exceeded my expectations. He gives personal attention to his family business and seems to recognize that word of mouth is the best marketing plan. They called ahead, arrived on time, and didn't finish until the job was done right. Look no further. Hire this company; you will be pleased.

They did an amazing job. The floors looked great and the carpet looked good too. It was a large job that I needed done quickly and they made sure it happened. They were on time and did all the work I asked plus more (they did an area rug for me). I felt the cost was exceptional and I've recommended them to my son -who does a lot of work with homes he refurbishes. Thank you Golden Tough!

The resuts were amazing! My carpet is a light tan and shows dirt. Golden Touch cleaned them so they look fantastic. I would (and have) highly recommend this company. They are quick to schedule, courteous and careful. Could not ask for more professional service.

The work was performed satisfactorily, but that was expected. However, the estimate changed from $180 to $200 once he got to the job. When the Invoice arrived it was for $300. The gentleman that I spoke with throughout all of this was not at all courteous. He did not acknowledge the error but instead told me to pay whatever I felt like because he didn't feel like arguing.

Marty and Jose were friendly, professional, and amazing. Their work leaves the carpet clean and feeling fresh. No crunchy feeling. They left the house without any messes for me to clean up.

Marty and Jose are great guys, very nice, easy to deal with and trustworthy. I love my clean carpet and tile! Their price is more reasonable than most services I have used. It was $320 for a house with 1700 square feet, minus one small bedroom.

Service was super. On time... in and out. Very professional and courteous and friendly. Well groomed young men. Respectful of my personal items. Moved the furniture and replaced it. I have been using this company since 2003. I have my carpet done once and sometimes twice a year. Will continue having them take care of my cleaning needs

Marty has a great personality; he?s professional and efficient. Marty and his team have brought an 11-year-old beige couch back to
life for me! Their machines are premium grade and remove all of the dirt without any damages or harsh chemical smells. I have also used them for cleaning rugs, upholstered chairs, carpets, and stained concrete. The pricing is fair and scheduling is easy! Thank you!
