Arrived on schedule for quote and for service. After making sure the employees and I were on the same page for work to be performed, which we were, I left the house for a period of time to stay out of their way. When I returned they were nearly done and answered any questions I had, along with an invited walk through to see that everything had been completed. I was delighted with all phases of their work and they turned our old crusty looking tile and grout into what appears to be a new installation. I would and have already recommended their services to anyone who is in need of complete tile and grout cleaning and expects to get what they pay for. Brian and his crew are professionals in their field and obviously do not need to be micromanaged. This was a welcomed outcome after having regrettable conclusions on other companies in all aspects of remodeling our home.

"We had been told by several different contractors that our 20 year old engineered wood floor was beyond refinishing, and frankly, that wasnâ t hard to believe. It looked terrible, with heavy traffic areas very scratched up, and there were a couple areas where the floorboards were delaminating and disintegrating. We were researching tearing it out and going with tile, but decided to give refinishing another try. We reached out on Home Advisor and Ron contacted us within a day. He came out, gave us a very reasonable estimate (less than half of what tile would have cost), and considering his decades of experience & reviews, we gave him the job. We found our laundry room had water damage behind the wash machine that we had been unaware of. Ron was able to rebuild that area with some old original extra wood boards we had. There were a couple more areas that were so damaged that he wasnâ t able to make them as uniform as the rest of the floor color and finish. However, these arenâ t in highly visible areas & we knew they werenâ t going to be perfect. Theyâ re not obvious to anyone else entering our home . One thing he could have done better was to point out those areas when he finished so we could discuss possible solutions with him. However, when we did identify our areas of concern, he came back out and suggested some fixes that didn't risk further damaging the wood. Ron proved to be knowledgeable, true to his word, professional, and he delivered the product on time and on budget. He was sensitive to our time frame and was very considerate of our needs. We would definitely recommend him for your hardwood floor refinishing. In fact, I already did. We were amazed with the transformation when he started sanding! The finish product is a wonderful difference in color and quality! We absolutely love our new wood floors!!! He and Christian â both great guys - finished the job when promised, and our twenty year-old floor now looks fabulous!"

"Regal Bath and Kitchens did a beautiful job remodeling our master bathroom. We wanted to get rid of the bathtub, the tiny shower, and the 90’s style lower vanity with the massive mirror. We didn’t even think there was room to do all that we wanted but their end result made the room look larger than it was . Best of all, this was at a price we could afford. Rich helped us get things started by meeting at the showroom to see styles on display and to pick out tiles for the floor and walls. We could see the samples for the vanity, the sinks and the fixtures. It made it easier to coordinate things when we could see how everything looked together, and we were able to select exactly what we wanted in each area. We did have to choose a second tile by going to Floor and Décor later on because our wall tile was out of stock, but the replacement one was beautiful and the sales lady there also helped us coordinate things. The remodel included removing a wall and some other decorative arches in the bathroom. They had to move the water pipes for the shower. The shower included so many nice features – a bench, a toe pick near the shower heads, two shower heads – a rain style one and a hand held one – a switch to use one or both heads at the same time, a niche for toiletries, and the controls to turn the water on near the entrance to the shower so it was warm by the time we got into the shower. They also agreed to install new light fixtures, towel racks and mirrors which we purchased elsewhere. They suggested that we hire others to paint the walls for us. They did an exception job with the plumbing. The slope of the floor in the shower is just right so that all the water runs into the drain and the drain is big enough that it has never gotten clogged. Whenever, we had a problem or concern, Rich was reassuring saying that he would take care of everything we wanted. The crew was proud of the work they did and were always cheerful to have working in our home. John was especially careful of keeping the dust off our rugs and in the master bathroom area. Every day he carefully covered the beds with plastic so they could be used at night. Jesus worked exceptionally hard getting the tiles on the bottom of the shower installed. The end result has received a “Wow” from everyone who sees it. We would hire them again to remodeled our hall bath."
