Spoke with Bill the previous week to get an idea of cost to clean the carpet and tile. He gave me a price range for the tile and carpet cleaning and suggested that I would measure the area to get an idea of the cost. He also mention about the Angie's List coupon that he offers. Guess my math was way off the total cost of the job came under what I estimated he even honored the Angie's List coupon after his original price quote.
He started work promptly after taking measurements of the area with his magic wheel (joke!!) guess it was more precised than my measuring tape.
What can I say about the work performed.... Absolutely flawless. He removed stained on the carpets that I didn't think would be able to come off also removed the cat smell from within the walking closet. All the tiles look like they were when they were first installed, the grout is back to its original color and the bathroom smell is gone.
