It was wired poorly and incorrectly, and did not work. The guy who installed it was no show no call. I called few other contractors in Scottsdale and they also had zero interest in helping me. Finally, when I called Arizona Backup Power, they came over to my home, and they had it all corrected for me. I am really thankful to them!"

"The estimate/receipt did not have a header name/number or stamp. I had to track them down by payment history and Home Advisor in order to seek future hire. Fully satisfied with the plug replacement and the electrician who did the work. UPDATE 12/28/2020: Generator - Install -Second hire. The first hire was to replace a plug that was smoldering black. It did not trigger the very old breakers. The household breakers were replaced along with the replacement of old smoke detectors. Excellent service. They showed up on time. The electrician originally scheduled called out sick, so another electrician came out to do the work. I had arranged the day off work for this and was thrilled that everything went according to plan and the work was able to be completed. They were extremely polite and friendly, completed the work, and everything seems to be going very well. I highly recommend them!"
