I had two AC systems replaced by Tucker Hill Air, Plumbing, & Electric. Their first job was completed in August. My unit was 23 years old and was not efficiently cooling down the house, and was using a lot of energy. So it was time to replace it with a new one. The owner, Jeremy, gave me a very competitive price for the entire install job. His quote beat other local companies. The team did a fantastic job installing the unit and my energy usage went down noticeably. My second AC replacement took place in September. This unit was for the upstairs, split system. Although the system was only 7 years old, it was running poorly. It suddenly failed to cool down. As Tucker Hill Air, Plumbing, & Electric technicians inspected and started disassembly of the unit, they noted that the job completed 7 years ago was installed poorly. The technicians took many pictures and photos showed the air duct was not sealed up properly and there was a section of pinched ducting. It was leaking Freon and had poor drainage. Two technicians worked and completed this upstairs AC unit job. What I found out from these technicians is that Tucker Hill Air, Plumbing, & Electric pays their installer hourly instead of per job (Flat Rate). So, there is no incentive for them to finish up the job quickly. Some of the other big similar local shops pay their installer per job and it would incentivize them to finish the installs quickly and sloppily without paying attention to details. One of the Tucker Hill Air, Plumbing, & Electric technicians, Nathan is very experienced and knowledgeable with overall HVAC systems and install procedures. You can tell he pays attention to small details and there are big differences from after photos that the duct and plumbing jobs are done properly. Tucker Hill Air, Plumbing, & Electric also provide excellent labor warranty which cannot be beat by any other local companies. I recommend this company for AC system repairs and installation.

Daniel, a certified plumber was excellent in every way. He went over everything with me concerning running water, hot & cold for every spigot,& each shower head. By cleaning the aerators in each, he increased our water flow. He checked the water psi & lowered it so we wouldnâ t have a problem. He drained & thoroughly checked the water heater. Very professional, organized, and thorough. They cleaned up their mess extremely well and communicated with us very well. We were very pleased with their professionalism.

I am very disappointed with the work performed by Tucker-Hill. Although the technicians that did the work were courteous. They worked for 3 hours to move two wires around. When I questioned them about it, then they changed out 4 circuit breakers which are now on the wrong circuits. My pool pump is working again. They assured me the pool heater had electrical power. I had a pool technician come out and tell me the relay was incorrectly wired. The pool technician corrected the relay. The fee of $1500 to move a two wires and improperly install some breakers and a relay is unreasonable. Although a manager told me he would resolve the problem after 3 weeks I have yet to hear back from him.

It was a bit pricey but it was well worth it. The guys showed up on time, they were very professional, got the parts in a timely matter, thoroughly cleaned, & did the job fast! I would highly recommend to anyone. They did so good on the EV charger I needed installed that I hired them for AC work & plumbing at one of my rentals. 3 different jobs & different techs for each job but all the same great quality work. Awesome job guys!

Julian not only found the problem, he followed up on the warranty and I only have to pay for the service call. He was very polite and is returning tomorrow to fix the problem, he has to get the parts or it would be done today.

The man who came to fix my leak made me feel like I was taking advantage of him and also referred a horrible restoration company I imagine he receive some sort of kickback.
