"Jim was very helpful and personable to work with. I had recently moved to the Huntsville area and was unable to connect my wireless printer. There were also some things going on with my laptop that made me suspect a virus had somehow gotten on to it, it was running more slowly than usual, and I wasn't happy with the Win7 configuration I had done when I bought the computer. Jim came in and assessed the problems and we agreed on a time for him to take the laptop and reinstall the OS. He was able to get the wireless connection to work as well. He took the computer on a Friday evening and returned it Sunday evening in prime condition. A few weeks later I got an error message while reinstalling my accounting software so I called Jim. He talked me through the problem over the phone and I was able to get the program installed so I could use the program. Jim is great to work with, his pricing is very fair, he is prompt and reliable. "I had obtained a quote from another company but decided to go with Trusted because their pricing was great and the people are friendly, knowledgeable and professional. On day of the install, the job was done quickly and efficiently. Unfortunately, the installer accidently damaged the inside unit during the final check. He immediately owned up to it, contacted his boss and arrangements were made to come back to totally replace the inside unit with a new one instead of repairing it. I was still able to use the damaged unit in the interim. They were very apologetic. Two days later, they installed the replacement unit. I am very happy with the work they did as well as guiding me through the initial decisions as to the appropriate sized unit for the garage.
