HE REFUSED TO SPLICE A WIRE THAT WAS TOO LONG. IT SEEMED THAT HE HAD NEVER INSTALLED AN LED LIGHT BEFORE. IT TOOK HIM ABOUT 90 MINUTES (AND HE CHARGED US FOR TWO FULL HOURS). OTHER ELECTRICIANS WE SPOKE WITH AT THE STORE TOLD US THE JOB SHOULD TAKE 20 TO 30 MINUTES. THE LIGHT THAT WAS INSTALLED PROVIDES ONLY MARGINAL LIGHT DUE TO THE WAY IT WAS INSTALLED. WE HAD TO RETURN THE REMAINDER OF THE MATERIALS TO THE STORE. I ALSO HAD TO GO TO THE LOCAL HARDWARE STORE TO GET EXTRA MATERIALS THE ELECTRICIAN NEEDED TO INSTALL THE TWO LED LIGHTS THAT, IN THE END, WERE NOT INSTALLED.
