Saul responded immediately to my request, came the next morning (July 4th!!) to evaluate the job and give me an estimate, and was ready to get to work within the same week. I thought it would take forever, it was done in 1 day. He didn't push me to do more than was needed, came up with very practical solutions (a part of my deck was rotting due to water infiltration), and executed it extremely professionally. The end result was almost seamless. They even went the extra mile and helped me with a couple of small jobs I was having trouble to do myself.
