Found a leak in my roof, specifically the boot flange around the water heater vent pipe. I did an Angie's list search for roofers. A guy from Tekline called me first, was kind of pushy and rude, and without actually coming out to look at my roof and the leak point, told me that I needed a new roof because patching an existing roof never works. He wanted over $700 to send someone out to tarp the leak. Then Jeff from EcoSquare called me. He was super nice and came out the next day. He inspected my roof and put a temporary patch-some vicor-around the leaking boot flange, he didn't charge me any money, and that solved the immediate problem. He said my roof still had 3-5 years of remaining life and gave me a quote of $700 to replace all of the existing boot flanges as they were all starting to crack. He returned a month later and completed the boot flange replacements and did very nice work. When my roof does need replacing in a few years, I will certainly hire Jeff and EcoSquare to do the work.

Jeff was really great... He explored all sorts of options for me, including various ecologically sound options for removal and disposal of my tile roof as the product was discontinued and wind storm damage thus required a total replacement. He explored several replacement roofing materials with me and always gave the pros and cons of each for my situation.

Jeff went the extra mile. John did a good job. These guys are good.

Roofing is definitely their specialty, which was perfect and gave suggestions which impacted the project. Carpentry and paint took a while to completely, but did a great job.

They were quick and very responsive. I would definitely recommend them.

Jeff was on top of the job from start to finish. We ran into some sections of the roof that were unexpectedly rotten. Jeff and crew adapted quickly and did a great job patching the problem areas and working hard to get the job completed. Because of the unexpected issues the job took a little longer than we had expected but Jeff was great about communicating what was happening. The crew worked late to get the job completed and then even came back the next day to finish the clean-up so they didn't miss anything in the dark. I'm very happy with the job they did and would recommend them to anyone.
