Also had to have one additional visit due to lock not working on a drawer although the company was extremely flexible to get someone out on my schedule to resolve."

(Lance would have installed them for $10 each, but my husband felt confident that he could do it). We ordered 4 shelves, which Lance said would arrive in about 10 days. They arrived on the 9th day, my husband installed them per Lance's instructions, and they look beautiful! I will probably order additional roll-out shelves for other cabinets."
