Shortly after our huge backyard tree fell down in a bad storm, we contacted Angi for tree removal services. Tree Monkeys was the first company to contact us. Mike, the company rep, agreed to come over that evening to look at the tree and to give us an estimate. We were impressed with Mike and agreed with his terms. The crew arrived promptly the next morning at 7 am, and again, we were impressed - the crew worked very quickly and efficiently to get our fallen tree removed. I would definitely hire Tree Monkeys again!! Great experience from start to finish!

They removed a huge pine tree and removed the stump as well. They were promptly there at 7 o’clock when they said they would be cleaned everything up before they left. I’m very pleased and I would highly recommend them.

Whole experience was great. Our tenant said they even cleanned up the rest of the yard.

Set an appointment for 6:30 am. They were late 15 minutes, I called and they said "be there in 10 minutes". Finally showed up at 7:45, after I called again with no answer and left a message which was unreturned. All I said was "just tell me your going to be an hour late and I'm Ok with it". Honesty is the best policy...always! The good news is they sincerely apologized and were very professional with their work. These workers were incredibly efficient in trimming some very high palms. They did a great job of clean up and the pricing was more than competitive. 5 stars after the rough beginning. Yes I'd give them a second chance and hire them.

The Monkeys did a great job trimming my extra large Mesquite. When I asked them to thin out some areas afterwards they completed it without question. Overall a great job and now the tree is ready for the Monson season. I would hire them again.

I called this morning, got a fair estimate in an hour and the work was done this afternoon. Can't ask for better service than that.

At initial meeting for estimate I was little upset because contractor was over an hour late. I do understand that things happen and people are late but I would have appreciated a phone call. He did apologize which is a good thing and he was willing to take less money for the job. The next day the guys showed up on time and even a little early to do the job. It was apparent that the amount we agreed to was not told to the workers and that they weren't too happy about it. Even so, they did do a good job even though they were unhappy about what they would be paid for the job. I gave them quite a bit more than what the agreed amount was, and I believe that it was well worth the amount that I did give them. So, overall the work was very good and the guys were polite and professional.I hope to use them in the future and get reasonable, competitive and fair quotes for future jobs.

I inquired on Home Advisor about tree trimming service and was contacted the same day by Tree Monkeys. That same day Tree Monkeys gave me a fair estimate and the work was done the following day. The team showed up on time, work was done to my satisfaction, and I will use Tree Monkeys again.

Joe and his crew are awesome! Fast, responsive, thorough and careful with their tree trimming. Trees look great and will have them back out soon to work on more. Definitely recommend!
