The Fountain Source LLC

Gordon is a very pleasant person and his mannerisms are very congenial. On the sales side. Unfortunately, on the project execution side the schedule and effort to complete our fountain were very poor! After nearly 10 months and many rework efforts to fix problems caused by his crew the job was completed, 6 months behind schedule! He told my wife and I that he would come back and fix any problems for up to 6 months but he would not return our phone calls after he got the final check. The fiber optic lighting in the fountain failed within 4 weeks of the install and was never synchronized properly to begin with. The fountain has a major leak due to a plumbing problem and 2 other contractors have said they do not want to bid on an attempt to repair but will only promise to work based on time and materials to gut and start over. Our showpiece fountain now sits empty and unused. If I didn't work overseas and had been able to supervise construction daily I think I could have prevented the major problems however, in the end I think that I paid for the project to be managed by Fountain Source.

I bought a house with an old waterfall and pond in the backyard. It was really ugly but would have cost a lot to rip out. I got a Fountain Source flier in the mailbox so I called. Gordon, the owner, was very responsive. He had great ideas but they were a bit too expensive for me. Ultimately, he worked with me and designed a plan to fit my budget. It looks awesome and went from an eyesore to a focal point. He really modernized it and went as far as to move the equipment and everything.
