"The landscaper came on time and did a wonderful job planting trees and shrubs on my front yard. Very nice and professional."

"I had a water spill in the attic that caused the ceiling to give way and dropped sheetrock wet insulation and water into the house. The damage was over a stair case and because of the height, very difficult to get to. LPZ had the correct scaffolding and other equipment to reach the damage and repair it as should be. Ivan and his crew not only did an exceptional job with the repair but cleaned up all the mess and left the area very clean. Ivan is very honest and easy to talk to. He and his crew receive my greatest appreciation and I highly recommend him and his crew for any drywall job."

"Had a great sales experience with Jay Harper. He expertly explained their product options without being aggressive or pushy. I’m looking forward to the new windows in my master bedroom/bathroom."

"Great product, Great service. What more can I say. The product is motorized rolling shades to protect our covered patio from the southwestern sun. Perfect."

"We absolutely love working with Jonathan and Custom Touch Renovation! He’s dependable, professional, and truly goes above and beyond every single time. We’ve trusted him with several projects, big and small, and the results have always exceeded our expectations. His attention to detail, work ethic, and consistency really set him apart. It’s rare to find someone this reliable who also takes such pride in the quality of their work. Our driveway and yard looks amazing thanks to him, and we’ll continue to call on him for all our landscaping needs. Highly, highly recommend!"

"I received a call from the company in February getting back to my interest in their patio shades during a home show that we attended in the fall. I guess their backlog of inquiries kept them from getting back in touch with me in a shorter period of time, but since I have so many other irons in the fire, this wasn't a problem. The salesman who came out was helpful and courteous when presenting the range of patio shades that are offered by the company, and did a good job of taking dimensions and working up the quote for me. Since the shades are custom, I paid approximately two-thirds down, with the rest to be paid after installation. The installation 3 weeks later went without any problems. The two installers were courteous and professional, and when finished showed me how to use the controls. I was concerned about how well they would get the electrical power to the shades from the outside outlet. They had to make a?separate small hole in the stucco to get the cable to the underside of the patio roof, but patched well enough to make the area blend in with the rest of the wall. coming out and over to the shades was done through steel conduit and boxes, which they painted with the paint I had on hand so that everything blended together. I definitely prefer the electric drive for these shades, and they blend well with the rest of the house. I only gave a score of "Good" for pricing, since I don't like to spend money to begin with, and really didn't get multiple quotes from other companies, since the other companies didn't ever get back to me. I suppose other company's shades would have been in the same price range."

"Jesus and his team extended our cement patio. The work was completed on time with excellence. He is detailed, careful, and does what he says he will do, including leaving the job site clean. I plan on calling him for more work in the future. One more thing, he has a tendency to do more than expected."

"We have hired Sergio to do a number of small jobs over the last 2 years. Everything turned out good. Sergio is great about returning my calls and comes when he says he will. Sometimes when he can't make it, he has called to reschedule. Sergio and the people he has helping him have always been friendly and conscientious and he made us feel safe doing jobs during Covid times."

"They were prompt and worked all day in Az summer heat for 2 days. Cleaned up and left everthing neat. Supervisor came by when complete to check out everything. They will be back next week to do a patio flat roof ."
