Found four windows that were not up to standard, which he said they would be happy to clean again. They cleaned them right away and charged me an additional $100 for them. We have a caretaking business and if we dont get something right, we fix it at no additional charge. When you are paying someone to do a window clean and upon inspection, prior to their departure, you find work that has not been completed to your satisfaction, you point it out, it gets addressed!
