They handled it of total care and stored it in our garage with all the very long trim pieces for installation next day. Kind of an unusual item to deliver so was concerned about the glass, scratching, damage. Again, 5-star handling and very pleased!!"

Found four windows that were not up to standard, which he said they would be happy to clean again. They cleaned them right away and charged me an additional $100 for them. We have a caretaking business and if we dont get something right, we fix it at no additional charge. When you are paying someone to do a window clean and upon inspection, prior to their departure, you find work that has not been completed to your satisfaction, you point it out, it gets addressed! No extra charge should be levied for fixing work not to standard."
