"We hired Guardian to install our security system at our Washington, DC, business. The service and quality of the work was horrible. We had cameras and an alarm system installed; it was a relatively large system. They outsource most of the work to various vendors. They could not manage their vendors; what was supposed to take a week took two months. The sales rep did not return calls, and you could never get anyone in management on the phone. Random people would show up at unannounced times. The few things that an actual Guardian employee did were they made a huge mess of our newly remodeled office and were rude to our staff. We have offices in five markets across the US and have high security at each; we have never had such a poor experience."

"The gentlemen were professional, courteous, and knowledgable. They did a great job. Only less than positive comment is "I wish they would have washed the window sills after finishing the job". Other than that an A+ job."

"The Smart Home features they installed, such as thermostat and door locks, etc. do not always work. For example, the Honeywell thermostat can no longer be operated from our phones and is difficult to install. Remote door locks are also unpredictable."

He even went to bat for me when he insurance company was pushing me around in getting paid. His team took over 300 photos and reading to help me get the repairs I needed. "I installed Pella doors and windows 2007-2016. I have a beautiful Pella Walnut door/with sidelights. The panels shrunk and I need to re-stain some small exposed areas. I'm writing bc Pella gouges its customers. Today I received a quote for $248 ... that's right, for ONE QUART of stain. I called and complained and that price was discounted to $168+/-. NO, I can't match the stain with other stain manufacturers. I am stuck w/PELLA. Fyi, every PELLA installation over the years was BAD. They hired sub-contractors and every time I had windows or doors installed I got new sub-contractors. I swore then I would file a complaint on Angies List and I never did. But today was over-the-top. In order to get this precious quart of stain, they also required that I sign a 9 page contract (that was waived). So, after 15 yrs of Pella I feel exceptionally qualified to file a complaint and alert consumers. They have great glossy ads, and they have a great product, but if you want service, you'll definitely want to choose some other window and door company. Don't be as foolish as I was."

"After meeting with Kathy Nieto, we really hit it off. She offered ideas, adopted our ideas, and is great to work with. It was a real collaborative effort. When minor issues came up during the project, they were listened to and corrected. The team is incredibly responsive. In terms of budget, we did not want contractor grade, we wanted solid high/mid-range specifications. We made significant changes to our budget, primarily due to changes that we requested as we went, but even with adjustments along the way, we felt it was worth it. You get what you pay for! Nick and the field staff were fabulous. Their craftsmanship shows, they really pay attention to detail and have a great deal of pride in their work. The results exceeded our expectations! They listened extremely well and couldn’t be more helpful and so easy to work with. We highly recommend Interior Trends Remodel & Design and will certainly go back to them for future projects."

"We are almost complete with the kitchen remodel and have requested a plan for the bathroom. Right from Day One, Vic and Jeremy kept us informed of the schedule and who to expect for the crew. They both appeared personally multiple times to check the progress. No matter who the company sent, they were courteous, pleasant, and professional. I do have to give a particular commendation to Frank as he was such a hard worker, respectful of the space, and went above and beyond for us. (Example.. Amazon delivery was outside the gate and despite being at the end of the day, he brought it in to us!) Larry was a perfectionist on the backsplash!
