I called first thing in the morning and Steve said he could be out within 1-2 hours. He arrived within the hour and determined I needed a new opener. This wasn’t the news I wanted to hear, but my opener was old and the price of a new one was reasonable and it came with new gadgets. He had to pick up the opener, so he left and told me he’d be back by 11am to install the new opener. By noon that day, the garage door was fixed, and both cars were parked in the garage!!! I had left messages for other garage door companies that morning, prior to contacting Foothills Garage. By the time they called me back, my garage door was already fixed! He ran into some issues with replacing the door knobs locks, but he was able to avoid the need to replace all the knobs by taking everything apart. He could have easily just replaced all the knobs which would have cost more, but found a way to fix what I already had. Would use again for any work I need."
