"Great job done, very responsive, and thorough clean, again very thankful and grateful for the services. Much Appreciation will call again !"

"When no one locally even responded to my inquiries for a quote, Michelle got back to me the same day with a quote and description of how the repair would be done. It's a slight downside to have to ship one glove coast to coast for a minor repair on one finger. But the cost of shipping and the repair is much less than purchasing another $100 pair of gloves! The repair took a little longer than anticipated, but shipping time had to be factored in as well. Michelle was very prompt with communications during the process. Cost of service below did not include shipping which was about $16 round trip. The glove returned good as new...well as good as it's pair. The glove is two years old. But the seam was totally resewn and reinforced. Michelle stated she did not want to the issue to happen again. I hope it won't. The problem started with my fingers rubbing. Very happy with the service from Premier. I wish they had a shop in Maryland!"

"It was an excellent service. They were professional and on time. I really enjoyed the service."

"The staff was on time and polite. I made minor changes during the cleaning process and the staff had no problems with those changes. They were professional and cleaned my home better than me I hate to say. Hahaha."

"The service guy showed up right on time, even though my appt was a 2 hr window. And he called when he was on his way. But there was no money savings."

"The guys seemed courteous and professional. They had diffiiculties with the equipment because of the freezing temperature, but they could have done a better job of cleaning. My living room carpet is rarely used, but a section where I walk to open the draperies or water plants needed to be spot cleaned. I could tell that they did not clean that spot or the rest of the carpet in that room. They simply wet it and left. Additionally, they did not touch a spot in the hallway near the bathroom door, which could have easily been removed with the carpet shampoo. I was able to lift some of it with just a wet towel."
