The guys that came out were really nice and took a lot of pictures and told me about a few issues. Unfortunately, I have not received an inspection report or estimate with those photos and it's been almost 2 months since the inspection. I called them a couple times and was always told someone would call me back..I'm still waiting. I tried one last time today, after waiting a couple weeks, and no one answered. I wasted $250 and have nothing to show for it. I feel like I was scammed."

"Beware of shipping issues with this company. Ordered an ice maker installation kit on 10/10/25. Shipping was due no later than 10/20 according to company and FedEx tracking. FedEx tracking showed the package at their facility for 8 days without moving beginning on 10/15. Called FedEx 3 times. Each time they said they cannot find package and I have to contact shipper. Shipper has to make a claim, they will not mark it as lost. Called Appliance Parts Pros twice. Each time they say FedEx has to mark package lost before they will do anything. They also state they have to wait 14 days from them before doing anything because of their contract with FedEx. I don't care about their contract, I want what was ordered and paid for. I called A-C Electric for a second opinion since we were not prepared to spend that amount of money at the current time. They sent two electricians (Brian Sigler and trainee Deion Kerr) who moved one breaker in the box and detached a portion of the problem circuit that was "hot" from any power, leaving the significant part of the circuit on for a total of $170.00, which was only $20 more than the price the other electrician charged us for his service call without a solution to the problem. I will definitely go back to A-C when we are ready to have more major electrical work done."
