Our Charges: -$37.50 per room of carpet cleaning, which includes a room that is 250 square feet or less, all closets, most bathrooms, and most hallways in that same fee. -On ceramic tile cleaning we charge the standard rate of $.95 per square foot. -Upholstery cleaning includes $90 for couches, $65 for loveseats and $45 for chairs. -On oriental rugs we charge between $1.25 and $2.00 a square foot, depending on whether the rug is synthetic or natural fiber. * With all services we have a minimum trip charge of $125.
