WORLD CLASS STEAM CARPET CLEANING

I had some horrible pet stains (diarrhea) in my beige carpet. They got it all out and the carpet looks amazing! I wish I had before and after pictures. I thought I was going to have to replace the carpet. They were booked so I had to wait awhile for an appointment (unless I paid for an emergency extraction fee). 100% recommended.

Were prompt, finshed quickly, explained drying time and when we could walk on it.

Karl was on time and very courteous. Explained the options and what we could expect. He did  wonderful job and it looks awesome. We'd definitely use them again. I told my neighbor about them too because she was asking about the truck. They also do water damage restoration work, didn't know that. Hope I never need them for a house flood! LOL

Got World Class to clean carpets in a rental apartment. They did a great job.

Karl had his crew clean 3 rooms of carpet in a rental. Carpet was dirty and stained. They did a great job getting the stains out.

I was able to schedule the appointment quickly and they called before arriving. The carpet, rug and couch are much improved. Unfortunately, there was no pleasant smell to the carpet/upholstery afterwards. The dog smell was gone and the fabric is clean! I had originally scheduled just the rug and couch for $117 but they added on the carpet in one room for $15... not a bad price.

They were prompt and very courteous! My carpets, especially the pet stained one, look amazing and the carpet repair was such a relief to get done. I was afraid I would need to replace the whole carpet but I won't now! THey were in and out in no time and everything looks great. They gave me a great estimate on getting my tile floor cleaned also, so I will be having them come back very soon for that. They were great! All stains removed, carpet repaired, and added scotchguard for $145! I think it was worth every penny!

They weren't so hot.  They left spots and they didn't move the furniture.  The price was good, that's why I went with them.  they were running a special.

I was so fortunate to have known them in the past and they did an awesome job of cleaning my carpets & some upholstery at my home & my Mothers. I thought they would have a wet vac to pick up the massive amount of water. I found out they are in the WATER REMOVAL & RESTORATION BUSINESS too! They were excellent, Carl, the owner and James his AWESOME!! technician. They left nothing to chance and called the next day to check on things as the equipment they left must work for 2-4 days! They also have state of the art water extraction equipment. They are TRULY WORLD CLASS IN EVERY WAY!!
