Our Charges: -$37.50 per room of carpet cleaning, which includes a room that is 250 square feet or less, all closets, most bathrooms, and most hallways in that same fee. -On ceramic tile cleaning we charge the standard rate of $.95 per square foot. -Upholstery cleaning includes $90 for couches, $65 for loveseats and $45 for chairs. -On oriental rugs we charge between $1.25 and $2.00 a square foot, depending on whether the rug is synthetic or natural fiber. * With all services we have a minimum trip charge of $125. Being family owned, we do not use subcontractors. That also means that we take great pride in keeping our clients happy and doing whatever it takes to get the job done.
