"These folks are very professional. Chris knows the answers to every question we had. He gave an excellent and very thorough presentation of the Rain Soft water softening system. Meanwhile, Andrea was always on top of things with every email I sent. She or Chris responded almost immediately with answers to our questions. Installation was done professionally and they explained all we needed to know about operation and maintenance of the unit. "Duraplex specializes in moisture protection - primarily foundations and roofs. But, Travas also does related work and was always focused on customer satisfaction. If he knows how to fix something, he will help you. If he doesn't, he will help you find a referral. Travas is thorough in his work and a nice person to do business with. I would recommend his company to anyone who needs help with foundation or roofing needs."

"Not good. The water leaks had caused black mold that had to be repaired. When repairs were completed 3 months later, the valves still leaked from the stem when turned on. It was past 60 days so I had to pay another $100 service fee to have the water leaks fixed. He tightened the packing and quoted $350 to replace the valves. Sheesh."
