I was interested in buying a house from an individual and had some concerns. Mr. Morris encouraged me to be there when the inspection was done and allowed me to walk along as he did his inspection while answering all my questions. I even went under the house with him to get a full understanding of what was going on with the house. He did not have a ladder that day and told me he would return the next day to inspect the roof closer as that was one of my concerns.
