"I love my new shower surround from Bath Planet of Arkansas! Chris was very helpful from the beginning through the end of the installation. I went into the showroom with only a vague idea of what I wanted. Chris helped me figure out a beautiful fit for my bathroom. When the installers came to my house they were kind and very respectful of my home. They covered up all the floor surfaces where they walked in and out of my home. When the job was done they cleaned up perfectly. Afterwards, the office called to follow up to make sure everything went well. I highly recommend Bath Planet of Arkansas!"

"Michael came in to fix several different issues I had been having. After his assessment, he assured me that they weren't as bad as I thought. There have been times that I felt different service providers have taken advantage of me, but I never thought that for a second with Michael. If anything, I felt he saved me money by not â fixingâ things the way I thought they would need to be fixed. Michael is a very professional young man who I have no reservations about recommending for all of your plumbing needs"

"Very professional. Jeromy wore a mask. He was polite and cleaned up the area after the install. I have a Choice Home Warranty and called them for the plumbing repairs. All i had to pay was a contractor service fee. In the future if i need a plumber i will ask for the Company OSP Plumbing in the Henderson/ Las Vegas Nevada area and ask for Jeromy."

"They couldn't deliver, they specified items that after months of waiting, they could never deliver. In the mean time, they directed me to have plumbing rough and done, and then when they couldn't deliver the system for which the plumbing was done, I now have to spend several thousand dollars having the plumbing redone for another system that I found out on my own. The design was okay, some of their ideas were spot on, some of them were way off but ultimately they just couldn't deliver after holding $10,000 of my money for over 2 months. I am currently in a dispute with them with American Express because they still haven't credited me back the money I paid them to purchase things that they never delivered."
