"The tech arrived when he said he would. Even though the temperature was 5 degrees F above 0, he jumped in and did what I had requested. He was very professional, very courteous, and listened to what I had to say. He was willing to do work on my DIY mini-split system seemingly without reservation ( I had read reviews that it was extremely difficult to find anyone that would agree to work on those systems).
