For the second time within 4 months, we had an emergency plumbing issue, this time waking up to our water heater busted this morning. "Jeff is AMAZING! He was prompt to respond, prompt to come to my house...several times...and spent a great deal of time explaining my options and what needed to be done. My house is 100 years old, and the chimney was crumbling. He took it down to the flashing and capped it off and even saved the antique bricks for me. He willingly came back several times because the plumbers messed up their scheduling to install the gas line. He cleaned years worth of garbage that was behind the ancient gas stove, built a firebox, painted it flat black, and installed my new gas logs. He always cleaned up after himself and was kind and generous with his time, explaining things to me. He even spent a long time on the phone talking me through relighting my pilot light when I couldn't get it to light. I would highly recommend him to do chimney work."

"rip-off. First of all, does this look like a tree "removal", or a country version of the Venus Di Milo? Thank you for leaving this hazard in my backyard. Also he forgot about it for like four months and I had to remind him maybe three times. Second, when I complained about this, he referred to the wire and pole. Couldn't one simply cut the tree from the other side of the pole? And I could simply clip the wire with cutters? He said he "didn't know what I want". Be serious, who would want this in their back yard instead of a tree? Second, this man's feelings are fragile, so don't you dare complain. I said I could have done that myself (meaning find some goons with a chainsaw to mutilate my tree) and he said "No you couldn't" and continued to make excuses. Third, when he trimmed the branches over my house he did it so minimally that a significant amount of debris still falls on my house, and not just from branches that are super high up (which would be understandable), but from those that would be easy to reach"
