Matthew was very safe going into this situation creating a trusting a environment. Not knowing what he was walking into, Matthew quickly learned that my nephew’s academic inabilities were far more important than preparing for an high school entrance exam. Immediately Matthew begin working on creating a plan of action. He is very patient, yet intentional about holding my nephew accountable. Moreover, he follows up and send reminders for my nephew (I.e. don’t forget to bring your book home from school, remember to work on your math).     <p>I contacted Another Level Cleaning Services after reading there reviews on there Facebook page all 5 star reviews.&nbsp; Dustin Foster the owner answered my call immediately&nbsp;and I discussed what I wanted done and asked&nbsp;what the cost would be.&nbsp; He explained that they offer a base fixed pricing structure for the house washing &amp; window cleaning I wanted done for residential customers.&nbsp; I have a single story house with&nbsp;siding and 24 windows he told me there base price for the house washing on for single story houses was $220 before taxes and single story window cleaning at $107 tax included.&nbsp; I agreed to the total price he then asked for my email so he could send a official estimate along with a copy of insurance certificate.&nbsp; We scheduled my service for 2 days after I called.&nbsp; They showed up 10 minutes before scheduled time to arrive.&nbsp; Dustin came to my door to introduce himself and let me know they would be getting started.&nbsp; I handed him a check with full payment and Dustin gave it back to me and said&quot;&nbsp;once job is completed we can do a walk a round to insure&nbsp;that I exceeded your expectations, then I will accept&nbsp;your payment mam.&quot;&nbsp;&nbsp;I was truly amazed&nbsp;by this.&nbsp; Another Level Cleaning Services completed the job in a very timely manner.&nbsp;&nbsp;They went above and beyond in even the smallest details.&nbsp;&nbsp;Quality&nbsp;exceeded my expectations my house looks better then day I moved in &amp; my windows have never been this clean &amp; shiny!!&nbsp;&nbsp;I highly recommend this company very dependable, reliable, trustworthy, professional, honest, &amp; quality are just a few ways to describe Another Level Cleaning Services!</p> <br / read less
