"Seemed good but unable to report fully on quality of work done since I've never had my chimney"whipped" as opposed to swept before. I was told it was superior to "sweeping", don't know that. Apparently service man "did not have proper shoes to go on my roof to sweep from above. I was a little appalled by this. I will see how it works when I have my first fire. Assume work is guaranteed. They also recommended wall mounted ventilation fans be installed to allow for greater air exchange and helping to eliminate humidity problems.
