"Computer had been acting up for a while but I kept putting off getting it fixed. After reading all the great reviews, I decided to give N.A.T.S. a call. So glad I did. Jim was able to resolve all my problems remotely - no drop off or pick up necessary - so convenient! I feel like I have a brand new computer, it runs so well and FAST too. I couldn't be happier and wouldn't hesitate to use his services again. My only regret is that I didn't call him sooner.

"Excellent work. We purchased natural cherry cabinets in shaker style, with the panels made of solid wood rather than veneer. That is more difficult work, as each panel has to be constructed from several planks. Moreover, the clear finish would leave any flaws more visible. Simply put, the doors are beautiful--flawless in both construction and finish. They are similar in quality to custom cherry furniture we own."

"Bobby called me back within abut 10 mins after posting my search request. He's a Go-getter, Came out the next day for a small deck repair to replace a few water rotted boards, installed a new motion light sensor and put in a new ceiling fan -- all done within a couple hours of arriving. Couldn't be happier. They take pride in their work, are cordial to work with and don't drag their feet on the projects . I will be using them again if I need future repairs. David -- Little Rock"

"I received a confirmation from Choice Home for my claim within hours of filing my claim. Included in the confirmation was the Contractors Name, Phone number and the window for service. I was contacted by the Contractor within the service time window, however it was towards the end of the service window. We missed each other call. Therefore my technician visit was re-scheduled for first visit next day. Next day I was contacted by the tech prior to his arrival and arrived as promised. The technician was respectful of our property, he used shoe protectors and ensure all was cleaned before he left. He quickly identified two problems with A/C and corrected them, The technician explained what was covered by Choice Home Warranty and what was not. He provided a fair price for the extra work for use to decide. The technician also identified another issue with the installation of the U/V light in our A/C and provided valuable maintenance tips. In all it was a positive experience."
