When my computers crash, he helps me recover my data when no one else can. Recently he built me a computer specially designed for my needs and it works great. He got me better quality parts than they give you at places like Dell, and at really great prices. He has made house calls for me before and he has fixed my computer remotely via Internet access many times, which is very convenient. Other companies on the Internet claim to provide computer repair service via Internet access, but many of them are scammers (I have fallen prey to that myself, and my computer crashed as a result) but Jim is honest and trustworthy, so know that you don't have to worry about him taking advantage of you in any way. He will even take the time to teach you how to avoid scammers and other malicious things like viruses, which most computer technicians won't do. I recently purchased his monthly maintenance services. Every month he checks out my computer via the Internet and scans for anything malicious and looks at the overall function, and now I can rest easier knowing that Jim is watching over my computer's health. In today's world, you may feel like there is no one you can trust with your computer, your data, your personal financial info, or even your identity, but Jim is one person that you can indeed trust.

I was contacted by the Contractor within the service time window, however it was towards the end of the service window. We missed each other call. Therefore my technician visit was re-scheduled for first visit next day. Next day I was contacted by the tech prior to his arrival and arrived as promised. The technician was respectful of our property, he used shoe protectors and ensure all was cleaned before he left. He quickly identified two problems with A/C and corrected them, The technician explained what was covered by Choice Home Warranty and what was not.
