Easy to schedule Professional Quick Good job

I had quite a bit done.

They did a great job on the carpet. The tile cleaning was good, but they were supposed to clean the grout and instead, whatever the solution was, it was left stained. There was light grout in it, but it turned it dark. They could have cleaned the grout better and they could have not stained the grout. It was okay. I'm going to use them again for the carpet, just not for the tile. With cleaning carpet, they're great. They get an 'A' on that. The price was really pretty good.

They were definitely marvellous. I highly recommend them. They were professional, courteous, and on time.

They moved furniture, shampooed and moved furniture back. The whole process went smoothly.

Applied for a quote online, set a date for service, and they called when enroute. A team of two young gentlemen arrived on time did an excellent job. They were courteous and effecient, finishing much faster than I would have expected. I thought the price was reasonable for the amount of flooring they cleaned.

Overall it went well. They got most of the stains out of the carpet. I had higher expectations for the end result than they produced. They did not do very well on cleaning the couches.

They do a great job. It was not more than what we expected. There was a miscommunication between the girl at the office and the people that came out. She accidentally ended up charging me $400.00, but she fixed it immediately. She called me and apologized. It was no big deal. They did a fabulous job. They were courteous and fast. They called before they came out. They set a tentaive time between 9 and 11. It was a quality job. They went above and beyond by deodarizing a game room that is separated from the house. They ended up doing it for free. The way we had things set up to show the house, we wanted to make sure there was nothing drug any where. They were very clean. We followed along behind them, and they were good with that. I can't say they can improve on anything else. They were very nice and professional. They gave us a pamphlet on other services that they offered.

They always do a very good job at a reasonable price. They did an excellent job on my wood floors which had many scratches and marks. The tile flooring in my entry way was especially difficult. For this I asked them to return and do it again which they did immediately at no additional charge.

Stanley Steemer's price seemed perfectly fair. You make the appointment online and they give you the price online based on how many rooms you have. The work was excellent and everything went fine. We use them probably a few times a year for the past four or five years. The convenience of use and they are very reliable. The employees that have come out have always been very professional. The pet odor removal process is not very satisfactory, it seems to just be a lot of perfume that wears off. I'd rather have the pet smell than the perfume scent.

They are prompt and show up when they are supposed to. They leave too much water in the carpets and it takes too long for them to dry.

They were fast. We were looking for fast service and they answered our needs. They were professional and I felt their work was up to par. We were, however, disappointed as they were unable to get rid of the stains on the carpet from the previous owner. It was cleaner, but it didn't look the way we wanted it to. Ultimately, we will replace the carpets.

They did a good job overall. Majority of the stains were removed, and carpet looked nice and fresh afterwards. They offered me extra Stain protection such as "Scotchguard" for an additional price. My carpet is only 3 years old, and I didn't feel that it needed it. Plus, it's a StainMaster carpet.

Everything was positive. They were just real nice. They price was excellent. They did an excellent job.
