"OMG! Coming into a new community you normally get taken advantage of. Not the case with K and R. They went beyond their call of duty with the service they provided me. I am on a fixed income... Ryan and his wife saw a need ... my trees ! They could have possibly fallen on somebody, for safety to the new neighborhood, they cut my trees at a discounted rate because I am on a fixed income. Large, established tree branches won’t grow roots, but if you find a young tree branch that’s less than about a year old, you’ve got a shot. Put it in water or soil as soon as possible for best results. You’ll know the branch is viable if it’s about the thickness of a pencil and has some leaves or needles.

Trimming your palm trees once or twice per year keeps them healthy and robust. Caring for palm trees includes cutting off brown leaves to prevent wildfires and pathway obstruction. However, you don’t want to over-trim the palm tree. Cutting too many branches off will weaken the tree and prevent future growth. And it’s essential to have a strong, healthy palm tree during hurricane season to prevent safety risks or property damage.

Some people prefer to leave or even carve a leftover stump, but we recommend removing it if possible. You can often dig out smaller trunks with a shovel once they have died and dried out. You can have stumps professionally removed, or request a service to grind them down to ground level so they can be replaced with other landscaping or objects.

If executed correctly your tree should survive after being transplanted to a new spot.
