"Factory direct installed new windows and siding on my home in Feb of 2015. They were the most competitive and fair in pricing of all the solicited bids, and answered the questions I had in a prompt and courteous fashion. The installation itself was preformed on time and professional in scope. They did an excellent job. They thoroughly cleaned up when completed. "The subcontractors are the best. Those 3 guys came in and really reassured the customer with their innovative ideas for problem areas and willingness to do extra things for which they aren't obligated. They keep the communication going where a large business can't. In fact, my only negative experience with Sears was the phone tag with the project coordinator. But, that's to be expected with a large business. Thankfully, the siding crew filled in the gaps."
