"GrThe first person they sent out arrived 45 minutes late - granted he did call because he couldn't find the house.  He said there was two houses with the same address... One in Rogers and one in Pea Ridge yet the work order had the right town and when I called him back he was two blocks away in the right town @ a service station.  He also said he had forgotten his ladder and did I have one he could use to get on the house.   When he got here he said the roof was too pitched and he would have to have someone else sent out to do this.  He worked about 25-40 minutes on replacing the pipe and then he had to run to lowes to get the trim.  When he returned he installed the trim.  He left the trash on the floor around the  door and when I went to look at the pipe he replaced he had glue running down about 45% of the pipe and it is installed crooked.  I would not allow him to be my contractor again he just wasn't very good.  After he had worked about 1 hour he took about a 15 minute break in his truck outside... I am sure that was on my dime and I am not sure 1 hour of work requires a break.
The second person who came out to do the roof was 5 minutes early and well prepared.  He got right up on the roof and found that  I didn't need the part replaced only that the builder didn't properly secure it.  He ran across town and got a couple nails and got me fixed right up.  He was finished in about 35 minutes.
I called the company to see about the other hour of work.  I didn't need anything else done so they are going to refund it.  Their service was good.  I would give the overall company a ranking of "B" as in above average

"When the house was rebuilt after the 1994 tornado, the builder did not install vapor wrap on the chimney. when the siding was repaired in 2008 after the hail storm, the company doing the work didn't mention the lack of vapor wrap. The wood framing rotted out and it all had to be replaced."
