"It went very well. He is very trust worthy. I was comfortable leaving him in my house alone to work. He worked around my schedule. It was like working with a friend. This is the second time I have used him and I would highly recommend him."

"I was Tim's first job when he moved his business to South West Mo. After having such a bad experience with local previous concrete business I was pleasantly surprised the knowledge, professionalism and desire to make his customers pleased and happy with his work. I would highly recommend PBM concrete. Also if a problem occurs with his work he is right on job to correct the problem. Yes I highly recommend."

"Johnny and his brother are great.(CCG) They were professional. Work was exemplary. Very fair price I will recommend them to anyone. I wish I could show pictures here and show the great job. They cleaned up after themselves. The complete demolition and new driveway was done in a timely manner."

"They’ve been in business for decades. They were very reasonable. We told them what we wanted. Everything we asked for, they gave it to us. They weren’t always able to get here when they said they would be here but other than that, no issues. We had to stay on them a little bit to get them over here. I think the reason why is that they just have a lot of work going on. I would use them again. They took care of everything and made sure everything is okay. We’re extremely happy with the finished product."

Small jobs welcome

"Would like to see better communication. Told me that they would be there the next day to finish job, but did not come on day stated. They came the day after and finished. It would have been entirely ok with me if they hadn't come on the next day, as it was supposed to rain, but they never communicated that they weren't coming and I think that they should have at least called. They did a great job."

Concrete Resurfacing questions, answered by experts

Because it’s faster and uses less materials and energy, resurfacing a driveway is more eco-friendly than replacing it. However, that doesn’t mean it’s always the best option. When deciding between driveway resurfacing vs. replacing, it’s important to consider the age of your driveway and the level of damage. In some cases, replacing it may be a better choice for your budget.

No, wet concrete will not bond to dry concrete without an additional bonding agent. The common alternative is adding a sand or gravel layer under a concrete slab to enhance bonding and create a stable foundation. The right choice depends on the height and thickness of your two slabs, local laws, and the use of the specific concrete slab.

DIY repair is possible for minor cracks or small areas, often through patching. For a durable, properly leveled, and seamless finish, professional repair or resurfacing is recommended.

Yes, you can fill cracks in concrete if you’re a somewhat handy homeowner. It’s important to know which concrete patching method to use, as small cracks require different approaches than large ones. It might seem challenging to determine which product to use and the tools necessary for the project, but with a bit of background, homeowners can restore their cracked concrete easily.

If your cement garage floor is sinking and cracking, your first step should be to call a local structural engineer to assess the problem. They can determine if it’s a minor amount of sinking related to normal settlement or if the issue is structural in nature. If you do have structural damage, the engineer or a foundation repair company that you hire will come up with a plan to fix the issue, which often consists of mudjacking for less severe issues or underpinning for more extensive problems.
