"Overdue THANK YOU to Daniell Heat & Air for their wonderful services and installation of my brand new Bosch HVAC unit after mine went out during a hot, hot, hot run of weather. Cole Lair was my project manager and he was phenomenal. Extremely knowledgeable, prompt, polite, respectful, and helpful. Spent an entire day troubleshooting and evaluating my current system and gave me multiple options, as well as the pros and cons of each. Since my existing system was 25% beyond its average life expectancy, I decided not to put a bunch of money into it and to go with an entirely new system. Wes Seymour and Richard Solorzano formed the core of my installation crew and they went way above and beyond to get myself, my houseguests, and my dying elderly Golden Retriever, Butter, some cool air in the house. The main day of the installation, these stalwart master technicians worked from 9am to 11pm to put in the new system in a HOT attic and outside. The company even sent a courier to Ft. Smith, 3+ hours away, to obtain a needed part that was not available locally! Shannon at their office was also another shining example of the quality of this company - so attentive, helpful, and thorough in assisting me with financing. UNBELIEVABLE DEDICATION TO CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM THIS QUALITY COMPANY! I WAS BLOWN AWAY!!!! And last, but not least in this old heart of mine, was the totally unrelated but humanitarian assistance Wes and Richard provided when my dying elderly dog got stranded down the steps in the yard. He could not make it back up by himself and I'm not strong enough to lift a 105 pound dog up the stairs. I made front and back end slings out of sheets and Wes and Richard carried Butter back up the stairs and into the kitchen for me. They were so gentle and helped me get Butter back settled on his bed in the kitchen... tears then and tears now as I recount their kindness to me and my beloved canine companion. "Three guys showed up, which was a little puzzling for cleaning a dryer vent. The guys were all polite and professional. The work was finished satisfactorily and very quickly but I was surprised that the charge was $150 plus tax. The quote was $99 - $250, depending on the work required. They pulled our dryer away from the wall, cleaned out the vent, put the dryer back. So why did this little job cost more than $99?"

"THIS RATING IS ONLY FOR THIS SERVICE CALL. I’ve been using Middleton Heat & Air for 4+ years and have never had an issue, but I was VERY DISAPPOINTED with today's turn of events. I had all my units checked and serviced in April as I have done the last 4 years and everything checked out OK (or so says the service summary). Fast forward 3 1/2 months (mid-July) and over the last 3 weeks a bedroom mini-split has been slowly losing cooling effectiveness. Fearing a faulty unit or low refrigerant I had a service call performed in the hopes it would be the latter. The good news is they came the same day and within a couple of hours of placing my request and found the refrigerant was low by 4 oz. The bad news was that despite having had the unit serviced 3 1/2 months ago, they did not give me a break on either the service call or the refrigerant: Service Call $80; and 1-lb of refrigerant $59 despite only needing 4 oz. After tax, my bill was $151. I believe in capitalism and fairness, but I was raked over the coals! As a minimum, the service call should have been waived! I pay north of $450 annually to have my units checked! So why is it that less than 4 months later I need a service call and the unit is 4 oz low? The unit is 4 years old and has never needed refrigerant … what level of service did I receive during my scheduled maintenance? From where I’m sitting, not very good. Will shop around for other HVAC providers before my winter renewal."

"Called on 04-08-2019 and they came right out early the next morning. Service manager Ricky was very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. He explained exactly what had happened and what they would do to fix it (the expansion valve sensing bulb bracket had come loose and over time vibrated and caused a leak in the outer unit.) The repair was done quickly and the price was fair. We will most definitely call Climate Control again and will make them "our guys" for all HVAC issues in the future. Highly recommend this company!"
