"Beware of shipping issues with this company. Ordered an ice maker installation kit on 10/10/25. Shipping was due no later than 10/20 according to company and FedEx tracking. FedEx tracking showed the package at their facility for 8 days without moving beginning on 10/15. Called FedEx 3 times. Each time they said they cannot find package and I have to contact shipper. Shipper has to make a claim, they will not mark it as lost. Called Appliance Parts Pros twice. Each time they say FedEx has to mark package lost before they will do anything. They also state they have to wait 14 days from them before doing anything because of their contract with FedEx. I don't care about their contract, I want what was ordered and paid for. Just going in circles with them and FedEX. If they shipped after 14 days it would be 22 days from that point, 32 days from the date of order if they shipped it that day. "These guys went above and beyond. They were very punctual and started working right away. They found the leaks and fixed them and even added extra flashing where someone else didn't add it. They told me to to keep an eye on those spots and if they leak again, they could come out there and fix it up free of charge. They gave me advice on adding a small gutter above my daughter's window. I feel confident they have fixed the problems. Will definitely call these guys again. I have had a lot of bad workers in the past, so I am saving this company's number to call in the future!"

"Just passing through to give another huge shout-out to Ron’s Express Plumbing and his crew! For the second time within 4 months, we had an emergency plumbing issue, this time waking up to our water heater busted this morning. We called and left a message at 4:30 a.m. and by 5:30 we received a return call from Ron saying they would be out to the house by 8:00 am. They were here by 7:45 and within a couple of hours, we had a new water heater. I can’t say enough about Ron and his crew’s professionalism and work. I hope we don’t need to make a third call but, if we do, it will always be to Ron’s Express Plumbing!"

"Jeff is AMAZING! He was prompt to respond, prompt to come to my house...several times...and spent a great deal of time explaining my options and what needed to be done. My house is 100 years old, and the chimney was crumbling. He took it down to the flashing and capped it off and even saved the antique bricks for me. He willingly came back several times because the plumbers messed up their scheduling to install the gas line. He cleaned years worth of garbage that was behind the ancient gas stove, built a firebox, painted it flat black, and installed my new gas logs. He always cleaned up after himself and was kind and generous with his time, explaining things to me. He even spent a long time on the phone talking me through relighting my pilot light when I couldn't get it to light. I would highly recommend him to do chimney work."

"In 2024, I spent about $20,000 with PI Roofing on a new roof and fascia repair. Within six months an area where they replaced the fascia detached from my house. This spring my roof has a leak. During the quote phase, they told me they'd haul off an old TV antenna. (It is still here). After the job was finished there were roofing materials left in my driveway. (I had to call to get those picked up). When I signed this contract, my Dad made fun of me for spending so much. I thought it would be worth it because of the warranty. I was even excited about the promised roof checkup they provide free in the first year, but it turns out you will not get the free checkup unless you demand it. And the warranty doesn't cover all that much. I have dealt with some very nice people at this company and have avoided writing a negative review for quite some time, but the bottom line is I cannot recommend this company. I have to believe there are better roofing businesses in the area."
