Zac and his wife Kristen were very nice easy to work with. They got the whole tree cut up and hauled off. Planning on hiring them for more work.

Zackary and Kristan just finished our tree trimming project (removal of dead limbs in multiple large oak trees). They are very hard working and did a wonderful job. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Plus, we are planning to have them come back in the fall. Note that they are changing their name to Family Roots Tree Care as the previous name of Great Basin Tree Care was not appropriate for this area.

The tree looks good, their team got it done quickly.

This company did a great job for me. They were punctual and very professional. This was a very large tree in my front yard and they were very skillful in the manner they removed it. I highly recommend this firm. My encounter with this company started with a quote from Zack, a pleasant young man, who was obviously very experienced in the business. He answered all my questions at the time. If I need this type of work in the future I will certainly call on this firm.

Needed a fairly large tree removed. Showed up on time, worked quickly, finished the work in less than two hours, cleaned up the work area.

Knowledgeable, on time and did more by far than bargained for, all of it expertly.. I was so pleased I added considerable extra money to try to cover the additional work; the boss divided it up among the crew as a tip. I am so glad I chose Great Basin and will go to them in the future any time I need the services of an arborist.

They were fast and they cleaned up everything after they cut the tree down. They even used a leaf blower to clean the wood chips & sawdust off the street. They are a great company and the price was reasonable.

Another outfit bid much higher and had very goofy process. Started with,. **what do you think you should pay** I pressed for bid and they went $2,500 over Great Basin. Great Basin was much more professional. They even provided proff of license and insurance. Great Basin is a good crew.
