They came on a Sunday afternoon and applied a chemical to my mobile home siding and then pressure washed  the whole thing. All of the green mildew vanished and my siding looks like new. No kidding the outside siding looks brand spanking new. Amazing job. It took about 2 hours and they worked straight through. Everything was put back the way it was when they were done.

He showed me what the pressure wash could do with my deck and he did a test spot and it can bring back the wood to almost the way it was new. That will be my project in the future.

When doing a DIY paint job, it can be tricky to achieve the perfect, straight line between your wall and ceiling. There are several methods, including lining it with painter’s tape and using the “cut in” brush tactic. Plaster is a pretty tough surface, but it can still sustain damage from things like bumping against it, water issues, dampness, extreme humidity changes, and plain old age. As a general rule, it's easier to obtain consistency in insulating value and quality when working with drywall rather than plaster. Plaster walls often don't contain any insulation behind the wall covering by design, and careful evaluation is necessary when choosing to add it.
