They were completely professional from start to finish they did a great job. Roof is beautiful. My job included a large flat portion that covered the lanai which had been pooling for a long time they built it up so it drains properly now. They were the only company who even recommend to do this to solve my problem. I had 3 other companies who just said they would tear off and put an overlay. My friend who got a bid before me and hired another company was still waiting 8 weeks for their job to start after mine was completed. Tyler my sales rep was at the job site every day checking on the job. Would highly recommend them and will hire them in the future.

Lewis called immediately and came by the next day to assess the problem. The following day he arrived on time and completed the work as agreed. He ran into a couple of unforeseen issues, which he explained and fixed at a fair price. He also worked until 8pm in order to finish up in one days time. Lewis is very professional and personable. we will be hiring him again in the future.

Roof job good (they subcontract). Other repairs were pitiful, got so bad my wife begged me to just pay them so they would go away so reluctantly I did, still finishing (fixing) their work.

Crew did a great job, came back as promised to tighten up loose ends. Price increased as they "tore" into the roof, but was expected. Time will tell if all is well. Good job guys!

The new style shingle was used perfectly. All valleys were completed without rough edges as well as all shingle finishes. The clean -up was done perfectly...no nails/old broken shingles. The Fraser manager was always checking the progress of the job as well as all details.

Louis was very personable and easy to work with. The work was done in a timely fashion and the yard was left very clean when the roofing was finished.

I noticed a group of shingles on the ground. I needed a quick roof repair before the rain. This was an urgent request. I called Lewis Fraser once I found the number on Home Advisor at 3:30pm. By 5:45pm the repairman arrived. Repairs were made in short order. Very pleased with this company.

Very thorough. Put in the extra effort to find and fix other issues on my roof. So satisfied that we are having them back to pressure wash our driveway.
