  After the wood had dried following the pressure cleaning, Mr. Frazier & crew were punctual, received instructions, and went to work. They carefully moved grill, outdoor furniture, and potted plants and applied two coats of sealant to all vertical surfaces, and three coats to all horizontal surfaces. The wood soaked it up like a sponge. They replaced everything and did a great cleanup. In retrospect, the cost of both the pressure cleaning and sealing jobs included approximately 60 man-hours and a large amount of supplies delivered with state-of-the-art equipment. My house and property look new. My wife and I are completely satisfied. They're a class act

  Frankie could not seem to make appointments and promised calls where not returned He did however leave a quote in the mail box. Last time I called he said he was about 15 minutes from his house and he had the quote there and would call back. NEVER CALLED🤬So I hired a another contractor and have scheduled the work and price was about the same as what Frankie had quoted. It really bugs me when people can’t be punctual on time.   <p>Definitely will not use in the future.&nbsp; I was told I would be notified prior to installation the time and date installers would arrive.&nbsp; I wasn't.&nbsp;Installers were very unprofessional.&nbsp; Couldn't speak for the cigarette hanging from their mouths.&nbsp; Cigarette butts were left&nbsp;in the flower beds and yard.&nbsp; When told they had installed the down spouts in the wrong places they argued that's where they were going.&nbsp; Once the sales rep arrived and lots of discussion they finally agreed to move the down spots.&nbsp; Installers left metal trimmings in yard and on the street.&nbsp; One down spout was to be attached to an underground drain and wasn't.&nbsp; When it rain the water blew all the mulch and dirt from the flower bed.&nbsp;I will have to hire someone to correct.&nbsp; &nbsp;For the amount of money I spent I expected better from a company that had such good reviews on this site.<br /> <br /></p> <br /
