"The handyman, Brandon was excellent. He was thorough, well equipped, took extra care to make sure everything was done in an excellent manner. I can’t. Recommend this company high enough. He was wonderful."

"Got the job done fast n right"

"If you don’t want to deal with BS, Ted is your guy. He shows up and works hard. He does all the work himself, and he does a good job. The quality of his tile work is definitely expert level. His pricing is very transparent, as he provides an itemized list for everything he charges for. He’s just a real solid, old school type of guy that you can trust to do what he says he is going to do. He’s also very up front about anything that he doesn’t feel qualified to do. He keeps his job site clean and hauls off all the debris and waste. He’s very flexible and easy to work with. I messed up and bought the wrong kind of tile for the floor, but Ted worked with me to get it all straightened out. I would advise you to clear anything you are going to buy with your contractor first before you buy it. Overall, I highly recommend Ted."

"When a previous handyman service was unable to do both jobs that I had because they weren't allowed to work on roof tops, I went with Half Priced Handyman Services. There guy was able to come out and complete both jobs within a few hours. He was very knowledgeable and did an excellent job, I will definitely hire this company for any future problems that may arise. Kenneth Smith"

"Over the past several years Advanced Construction, headed up by Dan Diaz, completed several projects at my house in Cambria, CA. The first project was a major, major success. Dan discovered the source and repaired a leak into my house that plagued me for years. He succeeded where others cost me a lot without solving the problem. Advanced Construction also proved invaluable preparing my Cambria house for sale during 2021. He and his son replaced doors and nearly all the windows in the house. They also made major repairs to deck beams. What he charged was reasonable and well worth it. You can count on Advanced Construction for new construction, renovations and repairs to your house or business. Dan is truly skilled, professional, and reliable."
