We are a licensed, bonded and insured Residential and Commercial Arkansas General Contractor. We keep our overhead low and keep our service and quality high! By doing so we can generally do your roofing project for less money and with the same high quality that we provide on every project. If your roof is an insurance claim for storm damage, we will, almost always be able to do the job for what your insurance company will pay. We take the worry out of you hands and will conduct the business with your insurance company along with or for you. We will be at your site anytime that the insurance company shows up so we can make sure you are getting the full value from your policy. If your roof is old and needs to be replaced, we feel like we will be the very best price you will receive.

I was referred to J & Z Remodeling by DSC Cabinets. The owner recommended that I hire them to open the wall to make an open concept room. combining kitchen, living room and den. They worked professionally and timely. I asked if they could help with the rest of the house., to include painting throughout the house, changing out the bathtub and remodeling the bathroom. They installed lighting fixtures throughout the house and installed closet doors. Jose was patient and accommodating. He took my concerns seriously and made sure everything was done correctly.

My 88 year old Mother was well taken care of by Kevin and all the people at J & Z . They eased her worries and gave her a more than reasonable bid on her new roof. I am here in Nebraska, and trying to help my Mother in Arkansas. We sure got lucky. They took GOOD care of her, did the job for a GREAT price, and treated her with respect. I will hire them again for other remodeling to her 31 year old home!
